By installing or using Refresh Owl ("the extension") you agree to these terms.
Use of the extension
You may use the extension for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you refresh or monitor. Some websites prohibit automated refreshing; do not use the extension on them.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan is provided at no cost. Pro features require a license purchased through our merchant of record, Polar (polar.sh), whose terms apply to the purchase. A Pro Lifetime license may be activated on up to three browsers at a time. A Pro Monthly license stays active while the subscription is paid and ends when it is cancelled and the paid period runs out.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
No warranty
The extension is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee that every refresh or alert will happen, for example if your computer sleeps, the browser closes or a website blocks reloading. Don't rely on it for safety-critical or time-critical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the extension is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.
