Restock Alerts: Know the Moment an Item Is Back in Stock
Sold out again? Store "notify me" emails often arrive hours late, after the item is gone. A browser-based watch checks the product page itself and alerts you within minutes.
The trick: watch for "Sold out" to disappear
You rarely know the exact wording a page will use when stock returns ("Add to cart", "Buy now", "In stock", "Only 2 left"...). But you can see what it says right now. Watching for Sold out, Out of stock or Currently unavailable to disappear catches all of those cases.
Step by step with Refresh Owl
- Open the product page and click the Refresh Owl icon.
- Pick an interval. Every 1–2 minutes is a sensible choice for a drop you're actively waiting for; 10–15 minutes is fine for a general restock.
- Under Watch for text & alert me, choose Alert when they disappear and type the exact sold-out text from the page.
- Turn on Play a sound and Stop refreshing on a match, then start.
When the sold-out text goes away you hear a chime, get a notification, and the tab stops reloading so you can check out straight away.
Works for more than shopping

Be a good citizen
Check only as often as you need, and respect each site's terms. Refresh Owl reloads one page the way you would by hand. It doesn't add items to carts, buy anything or bypass queues, and it shouldn't be used to.
